Journey Started…

With growing family, we realised it is time to move out from an old unit to something bigger and newer. The dilemma was to move to outer suburb or build in MT Waverley. With kids school and handy to work, we finally decided to stay in MT Waverley. The only option left was a knockdown process. We spend initial months of 2014 to have some estimate on knockdown and rebuild. We visited major builders like Metricon, Dennis, Henley, Main View and Porter Davis. We did met custom builder to have a better insight. Eventually, we decided to stick with big builder to mitigate risk of smaller operator closing down. Time to buy a house in MT Waverley
