Bought house for knockdown and rebuild

We found a nice cottage in MT Waverley that suited us – near to school and far from the motorway and powerlines. The land size was around 750 sqm, enough for us to build a decent house or to sub-divide. After buying the house, we thought of build multiple townhouse. This idea was eventually cancelled by majority of family members. Happy family, happy life :-)
