> External variation could be done apart from the standard one shown on web site

> Have everything in written...

Others:

> Electrician, Kitchen, Supervisor all had old plans. Luckily to live on same street to inspect before completion

> Building Coordinator changed during the process

> Site supervisor resigned

> Garage does not have plaster on the wall
